Consolidated Land Use – Hearing Redevelopment – Block 248 Lot 13

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on the 23^rd day of April, 2026 at 7:00 p.m., the Dennis Township Consolidated Land Use Board (CLUB) will conduct a public hearing to determine whether certain real property located at 641 Kings Hwy., specifically designated as Block 248, Lot 13 on the Tax Map of Dennis Township (the “study area”), or portions thereof, meets the requirements for and should be designated under the Local Redevelopment and Housing Law, N.J.S.A. 40A:12A-1, et seq., as a non-condemnation redevelopment area, such that any redevelopment area determination shall not authorize the municipality to exercise the power of eminent domain to acquire any property in the study area.

The meeting will be held electronically via “Zoom”. Instructions for how to access the meeting are below and posted on the Consolidated Land Use Board’s portion of the Township’s website https://dennistwp.org/consolidated-land-use/.

Option 1) Join the video conference and be able to see, hear, and participate during the meeting.  This is how the Board Members will be participating in the meeting.

At the hearing, the CLUB will hear from any persons who are interested in or would be affected by a determination that the study area, or portion thereof, is a redevelopment area.  A map of the study area was prepared for the CLUB in accordance with the Local Redevelopment and Housing Law and will be available for inspection 10 days prior to the meeting date through the office of the Municipal Clerk, 571 Petersburg Road, Dennisville, NJ during normal business hours and through the following link under “2026 Documents – April”  https://dennistwp.org/consolidated-land-use/.
