The foregoing ordinance was introduced and passed at a first reading of the Township Committee of the Township of Dennis held on July 21, 2026 and adopted on second and final reading after a public hearing thereon at a regular meeting of the Dennis Township Committee at the Municipal Building, 571 Petersburg Road, Dennisville on August 18, 2026.
