An Ordinance Of The Township Of Dennis, County Of Cape May, And State Of New Jersey Revising, §185-31.1 (b), Entitled, Zoning – Ready-Mix Concrete Facilities
Be It Ordained, by the Township Committee of the Township of Dennis, County of Cape May, State of New Jersey as follows:
Section 1. This section revises § 185-31.1 (b) Ready-Mix Concrete Facilities as follows.
(b) Minimum/Maximum zoning controls.
Minimum Setbacks:
- to any non-residential property line – 75 Feet
- to any residential property line – 500 Feet
- Maximum Building Height (to the top of the structure and the height shall Include the top of the vent stack) – 66 Feet
- Minimum Parking Spaces – 1/Employee
Refer to underlying Zoning District for additional controls.
Section 2. All other Ordinances in conflict or inconsistent with this Ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict or inconsistency.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage and publication according to law.

The foregoing Ordinance was introduced at a meeting of the Township Committee of the Township of Dennis on February 17, 2026. Publication will be held on February 25, 2026 and a Public Hearing will be held at a meeting of the said Township Committee to be held on March 17, 2026 at 5:30 p.m. in the Municipal Building located at 571 Petersburg Road in Dennisville.
